Returns & Refund Policy

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to being sent back.

If a return label is generated through our system, an RMA is automatically created to allow our warehouse to receive and process the return.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Returns using a provided return label are shipped via UPS Ground

  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit


Returns Processing

Returns are processed within approximately two business days of arrival at the warehouse.

All returned items are inspected prior to approval.


Refunds

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States (the “Lower 48”).

Free shipping applies to standard ground service only and does not apply to expedited shipping options.


Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner.

Orders received by 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day are processed and shipped the same business day, provided:

  • Payment has cleared

  • The order is not on hold

  • Items are in stock and not backordered

Orders received after 1:00 PM CT, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.


Presale Orders

Some LightHeaded products are offered as presale items.

Presale orders are expected to ship approximately 12 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping timelines for presale items are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, or logistics considerations.

If an order contains both in-stock and presale items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers:

  • UPS and FedEx for U.S. domestic shipments

  • USPS for APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for in-stock items.

Orders selecting a service level of two-day delivery or faster and placed by 1:00 PM Central Time will ship the same business day, subject to availability.

Expedited shipping does not apply to presale items.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines begin once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Limitations

Delivery dates are estimates only. LightHeaded is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
